We are a global nonprofit movement, uniting individuals, organizations, and governments to create lasting change in mental health care. By integrating proven neuroscience, psychology, and faith-based truth, we address root causes, going beyond symptom management to bring real transformation to lives and communities.
Our mission is to build a worldwide network of collaboration and action, equipping people with the tools they need to overcome challenges, thrive, and live with peace and purpose. We are committed to delivering innovative, results-driven solutions to schools, churches, organizations, and underserved communities, ensuring that mental health care is accessible, effective, and rooted in both science and faith.

OUR BELIEF
At Truth Fusion, we believe that every person is created in the image of God, endowed with inherent worth, purpose, and the capacity for transformation. Yet, in a broken world, we wrestle with pain, doubt, and disconnection—searching for healing in places that cannot restore us.
True healing begins with truth. The Bible is God’s inspired and authoritative Word, revealing who we are, why we struggle, and how we can be made whole. Jesus Christ, fully God and fully human, came to rescue and restore. Through His life, death, and resurrection, He offers redemption to all who seek Him. His truth is unshakable, and transformation is possible through the power of the Holy Spirit.
God designed the human mind and body with extraordinary complexity, embedding healing in creation. Science, when rightly understood, does not stand in opposition to faith—it affirms the wisdom of our Creator. We embrace a holistic approach to well-being, integrating biblical truth with scientific understanding to foster mental, emotional, and spiritual renewal.
Our mission is clear: to bring awareness and change to mental and emotional struggles, to break the stigma surrounding faith and mental health, and to equip individuals with the tools to walk in wholeness. Through faith, grace, and the power of renewal, lives can be restored, hope can be reclaimed, and true transformation can take root.

JAMES TILLMAN’S JOURNEY HAS BEEN SHAPED BY A DEEP, LIFELONG COMMITMENT TO WITNESSING AND PARTICIPATING IN THE TRANSFORMATIVE POWER OF GOD.
After earning his Master’s of Divinity and serving as a pastor, James felt there was more to be explored in how biblical truths could tangibly impact people’s lives. This realization led him to pursue a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling, where he discovered the powerful ways God’s healing can be experienced through both spiritual and psychological approaches.
As a clinical counselor, James has sat with hundreds of clients who were struggling with deep emotional and mental challenges — anxiety, depression, fear, and more. In these moments, he saw the undeniable reality of God working to heal hearts and minds, often in ways that were deeply aligned with empirically proven therapeutic methods. This fusion of faith and science became the foundation of TruthFusion.
Through TruthFusion, James's team is dedicated to bringing together the timeless wisdom of Scripture with the transformative potential of therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. His team's mission is to help others experience real, lasting change by integrating these powerful tools — offering a path to healing that is both deeply rooted in faith and grounded in practical, evidence-based methods.
